Baileys in Banana Milk


This is my 2015’s first cocktail mix on New Year’s day and everyone in the family just love the nutty flavour it gives. Enjoy~

Ingredients

1 ripe banana
350ml milk
2 bottlecaps full Baileys (I use Baileys Original Irish Cream)
Whipped cream (replaceble with milk froth if you have a milk frother)
Cinnamon Powder
Hazelnuts – chopped

Steps
1. Place the banana, milk and Baileys into a blender and blend well. Drain off any excess residue, leave only the well blended milk.
2. Serve the milk in a chilled glass 3/4 full and topped with milk froth/whipped cream.
3. Sprinkle liberal amounts of cinnamon powder and chopped hazelnuts above.

Makes 2 glasses.
