♥♥♥♥ Earl Grey d’Antoinette
♥♥♥♥♥ Assorted Macarons: Rose, Charlotte, Chloe, Antoinette Earl Grey, Pistachio, Violette
Recommended – Chloe (refreshing yuzu), Rose (aromatic rose flower fragrance), Violette (light floral notes of violette flower)
My favourite macarons has always been from Canele and Chef Pang did a great job on his own patisserie. The macarons are comparable to one of the best in Singapore (Canele is really outstanding among so many other bakeries and patisseries). Antoinette will be my new hunt out for macarons now :)
I was disappointed as I couldn’t spot Madeleine for sale. Madeleine is one of the most popular along side macarons and meringues you would definitely find in Paris.
♥♥♥♥ Peach Melba Crepe
Delightful sweetness from the syrup peach and not at all overpowering the main lead – crepe. The vanilla ice cream (made fron real vanilla beans) was amazing, chantilly cream and sour raspberry sauce also complements well!
Antoinette also own a menu of ala cartes other than sweets. Their unique range of coffees and teas are quite worth trying out as well. Next time you pass by Mandarin Gallery, why not try out Antoinette for a cup of tea! A really nice place to have high-tea or the shoppers and a long catch-up for friends.
